Open Gym Memberships

We are excited to now offer open gym times!  We'll still be offering our high quality personal training and group classes, but this option will allow for much more freedom to get in your strength and movement practice.

 

Open Gym Hours
Monday-Friday 7AM - 7PM
Saturday 8AM - 12PM

The gym will be geared toward strength and conditioning and will include:

  • 2 Rogue Half Racks with pull-up bars
  • Multiple barbells & Olympic weights
  • 1 Rogue Ohio Deadlift bar
  • 2 Trap bars
  • Dumbbell pairs ranging from 5 pounds to 50 pounds
  • Kettlebells ranging from 4 kilograms to 48 kilograms
  • 3 TRX’s
  • 2 Pull-up bars
  • 1 pair of Gymnastic Rings
  • 1 Single Leg Squat Stand
  • 1 Concept 2 Rowing Ergometer
  • 1 Keiser Spin Bike
