Kettlebell Foundations is the introductory class at Strength Lab that must be taken to prior to participating in Kettlebell Strong. In this class we will cover the fundamentals of the kettlebell deadlift, goblet squat, Turkish get-up, and kettlebell swing. Successful completion of this class will provide the proper foundation to safely perform the basic movement patterns that will be practiced in Kettlebell Strong and Bell Burner.

Kettlebell Strong is designed to help you move better and be stronger, for life. Every month will provide a new program designed by one of our certified trainers with three different workouts each week. Each workout will be planned around a specific strength skill and warm-ups are structured to prepare specifically for the task at hand. The class not only incorporates kettlebells, but also bodyweight training, TRX, medicine balls, battling ropes, and the sled. Capped at 8 individuals, this class is designed for all ages and ability levels upon successful completion of Kettlebell Foundations.
