I then fell in love with training and knew I wanted to share my passion with others.
Growing up I ran track, cross country, played baseball, and loved to hike. However I was unable to participate in the activites I enjoyed after a gruesome snowboarding accident where I tore my meniscus and MCL in my knee. Exercise was no longer optional it was mandatory.
I then fell in love with training and knew I wanted to share my passion with others. I decided to enroll in the Exerise and Movement Science program at Lane Community College. Shortly after I became an American College of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and began my career at the University of Oregon REC center.
I have worked with hundreds of clients over the years. I have worked with the Lane County police cadets, collegiante bound and amatuer athletes, golfers, people recovering from injuries, exercisers wanting to take their fitness to the next level and people just like you.
I am highly experienced in a variety of exercise modalities and I have designed training programs focusing on youth and teen fitness, strength, weight loss, disease prevention/recovery and various client goals. I enjoy utilizing kettlebells, sandbags, body weight exercises, TRX, circuit training and multi-joint movements to create unique, effective, and science based training programs
